Hi, I’m Dan, your yoga teacher

My journey in the universe of yoga began 12 years ago due to a terrible lower back injury. I decided to transform my life and yoga became my refugee. I’ve been helping others in their journeys for the past 6 years. I’m a 200RYT and 500RYT, specialized in Vinyasa, Yin, Somatic & Restorative Yoga.
